Martin has an extensive background in Learning and Coaching across a broad range of industries and sectors. His background encompasses customer service, automotive design, finance and shared services all in multi-national companies. He is an experienced coach and holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching. He has a pragmatic and solutions focused approach to coaching.
Martin uses elements of NLP, Neuroscience, Transactional Analysis and Howard Gardners' Multiple Intelligences and is passionate about the importance of developing Trust, clear Objectives and understanding Motivating factors with all of his clients to help them drive performance and change.
Through thought provoking questioning he is able to quickly understand a clients perspective on situations and to challenge them to find their own solutions. Martin holds the client accountable for agreed actions and follow-up. He is accredited to use PRISM Brain Mapping tools, Strengthscope, Extended DISC and TOM Tools and is familiar with using Insights Colour Wheel profiling reports.
Martin provides executive coaching, career coaching and performance coaching to VPs, Directors and Senior Executives as well as to new Team Leaders and Managers, Graduates and other high potential people.
