She appreciates leadership challenges having worked as a senior leader with 250 staff & a £15m budget. Eve has an MSc in Coaching & Development, an MBA and uses psychometric tools. She's also a qualified coach supervisor from Oxford Brookes University & Bath Consultancy Group. Eve's an AC accredited Master Executive Coach, an APECS accredited Master Executive Coach and Master Coach Supervisor, and an EMCC accredited Supervisor winning their 2018 Supervision Award and 2015 Coaching Award. She writes & presents at conferences and won Coaching at Work's 2018 award for Contributions to Coaching Supervision & 2015/2019 Awards for Best Article. Eve Chairs the professional body APECS, co-founded the Climate Coaching Alliance www.climatecoachingalliance.org and founded and leads the Global Supervisors' Network.
Executive and high performance coaching, one-to-one and with groups/teams in the public and private sector. Also external and internal group and one-to-one supervision. Coaching can be delivered face-to-face, via Skype or by telephone and with leaders at all levels of organisations from board to supervisory. She has delivered more than 3,300 hours of coaching and 1,500 hours of supervision, both one-to-one and in groups. Eve also does supervision for internal coaches. She accredits coaches for the AC and has been one of the hosts for the AC Group Supervision Experience calls for many years.
