Sarah has been part of the coaching world since 2000 and this is where her passion lies. Having come from the world of Corporate Marketing she became one of the first coaches in the UK. Since then she has coached clients within the corporate, sports and personal space, 1-2-1 and up to 300 people. Her work has seen her coach and facilitate organisations around the world in the UK, Europe, Russia, Asia, Africa, The USA and Canada. Notably Sarah has designed and delivered The Coaching Academy’s coaching training course to over 40,000 trainee coaches. She worked with the British Equestrian Federation to write their UKCC Coaching Levels learning resources enabling riding instructors to change the way they work with their clients. Sarah was part of the team that created an ILM Level 7 Coaching Programme that won the Training Journal’s Best Coaching Programme.
