I am based in West London but I travel throughout the UK and Europe for in person coaching. I also deliver coaching via Zoom.
I have worked in professional development for over 30 years and 10 years as an executive coach. I am a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a master NLP practitioner and trainer and an executive leadership coach with an MA in psychological coaching and post-graduate qualifications in executive coaching and mentoring, governance, company direction and leadership. I am an authorised user of the Harthill Leadership Development Profile. I am a UKCP registered transpersonal integrative psychotherapist in training.
My coaching integrates many psychological and management techniques and theories. My approach is relational, systemic and transpersonal. I provide a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental space for you to grow into wholeness and balance.
I provide transformational executive and therapeutic coaching. I specialise in developing leadership, mindful awareness, confidence and resilience building to avoid stress, anxiety and burnout.
