I am an executive coach and coach supervisor with a passion for personal development. I work with managers and executives from a variety of public and private sector backgrounds, helping them to get the best out of themselves and their teams. My strengths include; developing leadership capability, building confidence in new leaders, developing influencing skills, maximising individual and collaborative performance, enabling and supporting organisational change, communicating more effectively, engaging staff, managing the transition from doing to leading and connecting with others more effectively. I also have particular experience of working with neuro-diversity (dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism).
I offer face-to-face, telephone and virtual coaching for executives, leaders and mangers in both public and private sector organisations. I also offer individual and group supervision for independent and organisational coaches.
I have a flexible approach and am able to draw on a range of skills and creative techniques to help coachees / supervisees explore their issues and reach their desired outcomes.
When possible, I like take my clients outdoors and into other inspiring spaces for our work together.
