Miranda's 20 years in counselling and training, and 10 years in senior HR roles enables her to understand coaching issues both from an individual and corporate perspective. Self awareness, personal development and change are facilitated through supportive and challenging coaching programmes, individually designed to achieve the client's desired outcomes.
Individual coaching. Team coaching combined with training where appropriate. Miranda uses a cognitive behavioural and/or holistic approach, combined with pragmatism, to encourage and enable the client to achieve their goals. Clients are referred and funded by their own organisations, or self referred.
