I’m an accredited master executive coach and supervisor and have provided a reflective thinking space for busy senior leaders, and teams for over 12 years. My journey into coaching is underpinned by an 18-year career as a senior leader in PLC retail organisations. I work across a range of industries in the following ways: As an Executive Coach: I work with leaders in senior roles, enabling them to explore their authentic leadership style, overcome challenges and be more effective. I work with the whole person in the context of their work and life. As a Team Coach: I engage with both senior and newly formed teams, enabling them to cultivate high-performance behaviours and effective collaboration. I work systemically, blending constellations work with a wide range of techniques. As a Coach Supervisor: I work with individual coaches and groups of coaches to co create a reflective environment where they feel safe to explore their work and stretch their thinking and skills.
