Before moving into coaching, I enjoyed a 15 year corporate career performing leadership roles in the UK, Australia, Spain, Portugal & Japan, with responsibilities for other markets in Europe & South-East Asia. I have coached more than 400 leaders in various industries including global multinational, ASX100 and government. I am a coach supervisor, trained at Oxford Brookes University, working with individuals and groups. I manage an ongoing program of research, and teach coaching at the Sydney Business School (University of Wollongong). I wrote my first book in 2014, Leading Change: How Successful Leaders Approach Change Management, based on research interviews conducted with more than 50 successful leaders across the world. My second book, Coaching in Three Dimensiosn was published by Routledge in September 2018.
