Building on over 30 years' business leadership experience across multiple sectors, I work with executives navigating career changes by providing them with bespoke coaching that speaks their language. I help leaders discover their potential, define their direction, and articulate the value they can bring to others. As well as supporting them in finding a fresh career, I also accompany newly-appointed leaders as they begin in their roles and help ensure they have a strong start.
I follow an Integrative CBC approach that combines the strengths of cognitive-behavioural and solutions-focused coaching with positive psychology. I also use the PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams) tool to help executives explore their unique approaches and styles, and so discover what might be the right business environment and role for them to thrive in for the future.
