Stanley brings an integrated approach to leadership coaching and consulting based on strong academic and practical experience over 20 years. He has worked across the public, private and NGO sectors. He has developed NGO coaching programmes and completed his MSc Coaching research 'Evaluating coaching effectiveness in NGO's' He also brings a diverse academic mix of psychology, coaching, theology, human rights and spirituality. Stanley is a published author and is a regular contributor on HROD and Coaching practice as well as a regular conference speaker and master facilitator. He is currently on the editorial board of the Association for Coaching Global Bulletin (UK).
