  Inger is Director of Wellingtons Consultants, a Brisbane-based organisational development consultancy specialising in leadership and executive team coaching and development.
Inger brings extensive experience from senior executive roles: leading people, culture and organisational transformation strategies in diverse and dynamic environments for over 20 years.
Her current focus is enabling leaders to navigate an increasingly global, fast paced, multi-generational workplace. As a coach, Inger’s effectiveness comes from creating safe, challenging place for leaders to think deeply about their purpose, their strengths and their impact, and step forward with intention.
Inger recently completed an Executive Graduate Certificate specialising in Leadership through Coaching to bring the rigour of current thinking and evidence-based practice to her work. Coaching both individuals and teams, she currently consults across the health, higher education, aged care, energy and technology sectors.
