I am a positive psychology and resilience coach. I use a wide range of scientifically proven, evidence-based interventions to help you to create change and improve your wellbeing. I listen to and understand your current challenges and then work with you to explore and experiment with potential solutions.? My style is person-centered, open and non-judgmental.?I coach in face to face sessions, a walking session, on Skype, Facetime or the phone. It’s crucial that we develop the skills to successfully navigate life’s twists and turns. With resilience we can remain strong mentally, emotionally and physically. We bounce back. Resilience is a way of behaving and looking after ourselves, and it’s a skill that can be learned at any age. Creating conditions to ensure our wellbeing, including managing relationships, mind-set, physiology and finding purpose and meaning in our lives.
