As a clinical learning facilitator in Radiotherapy I have been in the field of people development for many years using coaching techniques to help with career choices, confidence, setting goals etc. In setting up my company I would like to focus on career development, executive coaching, women returning to work, team building in organisations, sports mental resilience and parents of children with special needs. These are based on my knowledge, coaching courses, skills and personal experience. I have a great passion to help people especially the unsung heroes of the world and have spent all of my working life in the field of cancer supporting patients, staff and students. I feel I am well equipped to take this to the next level.
