Prior to gaining an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from Birkbeck College, London, and becoming a career coach, Helen was a national newspaper business journalist. Helen gained the International Coaching Federation(ICF)-accredited Post-Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching through the Henley Centre for Coaching, in 2022. Helen has been operating her successful private coaching practice , Career Breakthrough, for 19 years specialising in executive coaching, career transition and outplacement.
