I’m a facilitator, coach, and L&D leader passionate about creating the conditions for insight, awareness, and new results. Based in Sydney, I lead Leadership and Personalised Development at BSI Group, overseeing our global coaching strategy and a pool of 40+ internal coaches. I’ve worked across both Europe and Asia Pacific. An Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, I hold a Master’s in Education (Learning and Leadership) from UTS, Professional Level certification in Systemic Modelling certification, and a Coach Supervision certificate from Oxford Brookes. I’m passionate about group and team coaching and skilled in tools such as MBTI, SDI, and Saville Wave. Beginning my career as an outdoor instructor, I learned the power of experience to transform - something I continue to apply in helping individuals and teams reflect, decide, and achieve meaningful results.
