I am an Adelaide-based Executive and Leadership Coach, working virtually and face-to-face with individuals, groups and teams across Australasia.
I help individual leaders and leadership teams to build self-awareness, identify ways to increase their leadership effectiveness, and experiment with new behaviours that will build their leadership capacity and capability. I work with leaders from all sectors (education, professional services, technical, medical, legal, government) to focus on their strengths and explore the shifts needed in different parts of their life to be at their best more often and enhance their leadership effectiveness. With more than 2000 hours of coaching experience, I am ‘dual credentialed’ as Accredited Master Executive Coach (with the Association for Coaching) and a Professional Certified Coach (with the International Coaching Federation). I hold a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the University of Queensland, along with an undergraduate degree in Sociology. I completed my coach training through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
