An 8-16 job is not an ideal environment for me as a focused and empathic social worker and coach. In order to gain a foothold and feel good, phases of independence and teamwork are important to me. My systemic view enables me to grasp complex situations quickly. As a practical helper and supporter, I reliably accompany people on their way. My affection and freedom from prejudice enable others to quickly gain trust and to get involved in my resource-based approach. In my work, with all the goal orientation, I never lose sight of details. A growth-promoting environment is important to me in order to use my skills profitably and at the same time to initiate impetus for future-oriented further development.
I blossom especially in the role of a servant, advocate, defender, practical helper, and manager.
