Sue brings deep understanding of and experience in the complexities of leadership having been a CEO and Deputy CEO of national organisations. I coach in all aspects of a leader's role across the public, private and voluntary sectors. This includes: handling the day-to-day leadership opportunities and challenges; personal effectiveness; maximising performance; personal change including transitions, career moves and direction; leading people effectively, inclusively and across cultures; strategy and business development; managing change; challenging relationships and conflict resolution.
I have a particular interests in coaching: modern leadership, managing difficult /complex relationships, technical business owners, EDI, leading collaboratively across cultures and developing self as a leader, personal resilience and wellbeing.
