I am an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, qualified as an ILM Level 7 executive coach with the British School of Coaching. I bring insights gained from 30 years working for small business and NGOs in the international development sector with experience that bridges social and commercial organisations where I held positions as CEO, company director and trustee. Most recently, I was managing director of Options, a leading global health consultancy. As a coach, I help my clients find their pathways towards their career and business objectives. Where it is helpful, my coaching draws on any insights I have gained in my own career and professional development. The aim of my coaching is to work alongside organisations and leaders to identify strengths that can be the levers for addressing challenges they face in missions to bring about change. I have a strong conviction the keys to finding important solutions can be unlocked from within us all.
