Luísa has been working as a coach since 2007 in a variety of organisations. Most of the clients with whom she has been working are Senior Executives, Directors, Managers and Team leaders. Luísa also works in management consulting. She has extensive experience in organisational effectiveness and business architecture fields. She holds the Professional Certified Coach, Advanced Certification in Team Coaching credentials by International Coaching Federation, and Business Sustainability Management credential by Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She worked at large Portuguese companies in banking and telecommunication sectors, and at Accenture in the service line of Strategy and Business Architecture. For the past 20 years Luísa has been committed to support and challenge working professionals, teams and organizations. She believes that reflective dialogue is the key factor for any meaningful and durable change, where commitment, resilience and courage are required.
