As a mentor, agile team coach and supervisor, I’ve used what I have learned about during the workshop by integrating this five stages into my team supervision coaching sessions. Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Action and Review. To create impact and deep learning within the team. This would help me solve the most competency just before I start my coaching journey with the team. Before and in the session I started any team coaching session with the team.
As a Accredited Master Coach Supervisor, I am able to expand my experiential and knowledge across multiple industries. I am have been practicing since 2020 Jan. It allows me to demostrate how might team, individuals and group could change their mindsets in a structure and reflexive practice with evidence-based experiences.
Used the coaching ELECTRIC within an hour. Walk through each letter on every team supervisor coaching sessions. It helps the team to self-manage their own team coaching even though there isn't any senior coaching available in the company. The team could practice it on their own by using ELECTRIC. Like a self-managing team. Giving space, empathy, respect, and maintaining neutrality with the team. Creating neutrality with the team by observing their non-verbal language. Allow the team to expand their mind by allowing everyone to share and ensure everyone speck. Respect the team to give them more time to say something they have missed out during the coaching session. Team facilitation could be good for understanding the team better. Then followed by a team supervision coaching session.
