Creative Personal and Professional Coaching I have undertaken many projects with vulnerable groups through my creative practice as an artist educator in art galleries, museums - even in a forest as well as teaching at universities. I have volunteered for the crisis text-line 'Shout'. A spinal injury in 2018 has limited what I can now do physically and I have had to rethink my career path. I have learned a great deal through my experiences of overcoming major life changes. A disabled, single parent, now an empty nester, I am no stranger to a struggle. Drawing on this and my creative project work in helping people gain confidence and problem solve, I retrained, first gaining two counselling qualifications and then as a life coach. As a wheelchair user I have personal experience in dealing with huge life changes and coming to terms with mobility loss/changes. I understand the magnitude of how this affects a persons identity and perceptions of value.

Anything creative or tree/forest/nature based. I am happiest outdoors or making art. I am a wheelchair user with a can do attitude to accessibility. I sing in a choir and belong to a book group.
