I’m a Health & Wellbeing Coach with four years’ experience in NHS Primary Care, supporting 40,000 patients across five GP surgeries. I’ve delivered over 1,200 hours of one-to-one and group coaching, integrating psychology, trauma-informed practice, and ADHD- and menopause-informed approaches to help people build confidence, resilience and balance. I design and deliver coaching programmes for NHS and private clients on topics including career development, neurodivergence, trauma and menopause transition. As Staff Wellbeing Champion, I support over 200 staff through coaching, wellbeing events, and training that enhance culture and engagement. More recently, I’ve become a Regional Health Coach Supervisor, facilitating reflective practice, problem solving and professional growth. I practise in person in Coventry and virtually with clients nationally and internationally, and I’m actively seeking opportunities to relocate overseas.
I provide one-to-one and group coaching for individuals, teams, and organisations across health, wellbeing, and personal development. My specialist areas include:
• Psychologically informed and trauma-sensitive coaching • ADHD, neurodiversity, and executive functioning support • Women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause transition • Mental health, stress, and burnout recovery • Career development, confidence, and purpose • Staff wellbeing and workplace culture improvement • Mindfulness and behaviour-change programmes • Design and delivery of bespoke wellbeing initiatives for NHS and private clients
