I provide specialist therapeutic coaching and consultancy for professionals and organisations operating in high-pressure, emotionally demanding environments. My work focuses on trauma-informed coaching, leadership development, resilience, reflective practice and organisational culture. I deliver one-to-one coaching for senior professionals, managers and practitioners, alongside group and team coaching that supports sustainable performance, ethical decision-making and psychological safety. I also design and deliver coaching-led training and reflective spaces that help organisations recognise and address the impact of trauma and vicarious trauma on their workforce. In addition, I consult with leaders and organisations to embed trauma-informed, compassionate coaching approaches at a cultural level, strengthening wellbeing, engagement and long-term effectiveness.

Additional Information
My professional interests lie in trauma-informed, relational coaching and therapeutic practice for people working in high-pressure environments. I am particularly interested in how trauma and vicarious trauma shape behaviour, leadership, decision-making and organisational culture, and how coaching can support insight, regulation and sustainable change without pathologising normal human responses. I have a strong interest in somatic awareness and the role of the body in holding experience, using embodied attention to support grounding, boundary-setting and integrated decision-making. Creativity is central to my work, not as artistic output but as a reflective process that enables new perspectives, meaning-making and self-compassion. I am also interested in the use of nature and spiritually competent practice as a regulatory and reflective resource, supporting nervous-system balance, perspective and reconnection with values. Underpinning all of this is a relational approach that prioritises psychological safety, ethical presence and respectful challenge.
