I am also a Leadership Development Specialist, Trainer and Mentor, and I have over 25 years experience working in People and Development & Learning and Development teams, and for Management and Executive Teams across the private and public sector including; Retail, IT, Communications, Consultancy, Charities, and Local Government organisations. In addition, I have worked in the Education Sector for Henley Business School, Reading University.
I am MCIPD qualified for over 25 years, a BPS qualified A&B level Psychometric Assessor with significant experience using Talent Q - Dimensions Assessment tool and and experience of many others and 360 assessment.
