Gunay is founder of Goz Danismanlik. She has been a teacher, consultant, coach, supervisor, conference speaker, writer and trainer for over twenty five years, working with private, public and voluntary organizations. Gunay is an AC accredited Professional coach and also AC accredited Coaching Supervisor. She is also an assessor for AC Coaching Accreditation. She is AC Turkey Talent and Engagement Head and ACGSE call's leader host. Gunay has her own Coaching Supervisor Training Programme in Turkish language. She is a writer of the book called "A Child Learning With Dreams" As a coach and supervisor Gunay has a reputation for being both supportive and challenging- she describes herself as a person who believes in lifelong learning, likes to witness that challenge leads to development, and trusts the power of stories. She brings art, narrative and compassion to her work.
I am an experienced, professional and accredited coach and supervisor. I work in projects, sometimes with an experienced team, sometimes alone. I offer virtual and face to face coaching and coaching supervision. Having an international teaching diploma also enables me to work with young people and to serve in the field of education. I have also individual expertise in storytelling and crafting a training programme.
