I provide 'High Impact Leadership' Coaching to my clients, helping them grow professionally and personally to achieve their goals and visions. I am also a Qualified Psychometric Assessor, Management Development Specialist, Trainer and Mentor, and I have over 20 years experience working in People and Development & Learning and Development teams, and for Management and Executive Teams across the private and public sector including; Retail, IT, Communications, Consultancy, Charities, and Local Government organisations. In addition, I have worked in the Education Sector for Henley Business School, Reading University.
I am MCIPD qualified for over 20 years, a BPS qualified A&B level Psychometric Assessor with significant experience using Talent Q - Dimensions Assessment tool and and experience of many others and 360 assessment.

I'm a Scot who settled in the slightly sunnier climes of Wiltshire. My career has taken me to many places in the UK, Europe and the Nordics. I love people, animals, sun, snow, tasty food, great cinema, theatre, music and cycling!
