Coach, Learning & Development Specialist, MBTI Practitioner - there is nothing I like more than supporting and challenging people to be the best they can. I work across many different industries with a background in transport and logistics.
I provide leadership and management coaching to support leaders in managing their teams. I also coach delegates who are going through leadership programmes to help them put their learning into practice. I sometimes use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator to support coaching, along with many other coaching techniques.
I love theatre and have managed to combine this love with my job, as I coach and develop the team at my local theatre. I love to watch cricket, read books and go for long walks. I like to spend time in my garden or baking and am a big fan of the Great British Bake Off!
