Nicola Boyle is the Head of Individual Membership & Accreditation Services at the Association for Coaching (AC). She supports members worldwide to navigate their membership journey and Accreditation pathways. With 25+ years’ experience across corporate, SME, and not-for-profit sectors, Nicola has held senior roles in leadership, operations, HR, sales, recruitment, and L&D, including working with the Big 4 on professional training needs. An Accredited Executive Coach, she creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to build confidence, resilience, and clarity in their professional and personal journeys. She is also a qualified assessor, former tutor, and author of distance learning publications. As a Coaching Skills Trainer at Leader as Coach, Nicola partners with organizations to embed a coaching approach across all levels of leadership, as well as offering open courses and supervision.
