As a career and leadership coach fascinated by the psychology of working, my purpose is helping clients connect with what matters in their work-life and make the changes they need to pursue their career and leadership aspirations. I draw on a range of evidence-based coaching approaches, combined with design thinking and the practical resources people often need when crafting a career or evolving their leadership. I spent 15 years in senior leadership roles and organisation development projects before specialising in coaching. My qualifications are in Psychology, Coaching, Counselling and Career Development.
