1. Second-Chair change leadership During disruptive changes, the anxiety caused by uncertainty hinders the change process. I work with the people, for a agreed period of time, as support to the prime leader who focuses on structural changes, to achieve sustainable results.
2. Resident organisational coaching During the period of change, newly placed leaders can benefit from personal coaching. A more effective way is to shadow the leaders; then use the observation for coaching sessions. I can be available for full days by arrangement.
3. One-on-one coaching A space to reflect and with questions to think, without interruption, is often enough to ignite awareness and creativity - the start of doing things differently.
4. Second-Chair consulting When a coach, facilitator or consultant chooses to work in pair, I observes from a different perspective and contains the emotions, while the lead consultant focuses on the primary task.
