I am an executive, well-being and team (action learning) coach with over 20 years of experience of coaching executive clients as well as direct executive experience myself. I have expertise in working with people in senior leadership and aspiring and executive women.

I work in a person-centred way which means that I encourage you to take responsibility for yourself, to go on learning, to be creative in problem solving, to be in charge of your own development and make excellent decisions. What this means is that my relationship with you is driven by the intention to improve your performance, whether that relates to a specific task or a long-term goal, and to learn how to approach that task or goal. My role is to support you to explore to gain a better understanding, to become more self-aware without judgement. I won’t be giving you the answers, unless mentoring is something you request, but I will challenge you along the way!
I have experience in working in all areas of leadership, team and well-being coaching but typically work with clients who are looking to:
• Develop effective working relationships
• Developing Resilience
• Influencing: Groups/1:1
• Leading and Implementing Change
• Articulating vision and purpose
