My working life has been around change, growth & innovation, whether as a chartered engineer or as an executive director, non-executive director or project director.
Organisations have to adapt & change to meet the needs of today & tomorrow. It’s not only changing markets, governance requirements, ways of doing business and of working. It’s also about sustainability.
Clients: • Non-Executive Directors – aspiring and established. • UK organisations wanting to change, transition and innovate • Start-ups that break the mould. I support new entrepreneurs and charities on a pro bono basis where I can.
I work to maximise coach–client rapport. My planned, intuitive approach in session involves appropriate coaching models for that moment with tools and exercises to support the client on their journey whilst providing them with the time and security of space to think & reflect.
Services - short and longer term coaching using a range of models and supported by tools and exercises such as Thomas PPA that are used as and when appropriate for the individual being coached.
Executive, business and career coaching predominately. My main focus is on executive and senior staff, particularly Non-Executive Directors.
Fast paced, leading edge and FinTech organisations are also a focus as my background is in these areas.
Startups are also key for me; people who want to change the way we live, work and play in a sustainable manner.
