Currently all my coaching is conducted online so no restriction on location.
I am an Administrator working in the Centre for Gerontology and Rehabilitation, UCC
My coaching philosophy is based on the firm belief that we all have the power to lead lives where we can be true to ourselves. And when we encounter life’s inevitable stumbling blocks, we can choose to see them as opportunities to re-evaluate how we think about life and try to gain a different perspective.
I have always been interested in people, how they think, what makes them tick and I bring this curiosity into helping clients to find the very best version of themselves through coaching. I do this in a cooperative and supportive way.
My particular interests lie in
• Enhancing self-awareness and personal resilience
• Improving work/life balance
• Changing behaviours (family recovery with addiction issues)
• Building on strengths / career management
