It’s not fluffy or framework heavy - it’s about listening well and talking straight. It’s having a conversation that counts. You'll look at mindset and skills and decide whether to stop, start or continue. It's leading yourself, so others will want to follow; and it's only doing what works. It will always be about respecting yourself and other people; and moving towards healthy, productive relationships. By being your biggest cheerleader, you will shift without shame; and do the difficult things well.

Andrea has over 25 years' experience; and uses a knowledge of neuroscience, mindset work, empathy, acceptance and a communication/problem solving skillset to help you build real-time, authentic, respectful relationships at home and work.

Smart, funny, direct, deft and caring: Andrea’s approach gets through to all ages and styles – from teenagers to academics; parents to management executives; and teachers to business owners.

Additional Information
I own my business and have been successfully self-employed since 2000.
I am very proud of this. My passion is for everyone to prioritise relationships, above everything else, so they can live and work better together. I know I’ve made a difference to a lot of people – and that’s a great motivator. I’m a Mum to 2 grown up children. Both my kids have left home and are creating brilliant lives for themselves on the west coast. My daughter was diagnosed as Autistic when she was 18. The road to this diagnosis was very long and rocky. I continue to be grateful that I am self-employed, because I can prioritise her and my son whenever I want to. Personal and financial independence is a driving value for me, along with doing ‘what works’. This means doing a lot of juggling, whilst ensuring good mental health. I don't juggle with mental health. I use therapists, counsellors and coaches regularly because it works. I always get regular supervision so I can be the best person for you.
