I am a coach working with adults and young people, supporting personal development, confidence, and meaningful progress in both life and work. I offer a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping clients clarify goals, navigate change, and develop practical strategies that support sustainable growth. I provide general coaching alongside ADHD-informed coaching, supporting areas such as organisation, time management, prioritisation, and emotional regulation. My approach is integrative and evidence-informed, drawing on coaching principles alongside my background in counselling and CBT training.
I work ethically and reflectively, value clear boundaries and supervision, and am committed to ongoing professional development. I aim to offer a coaching space that feels supportive, grounded, and empowering, where both adults and young people can develop greater self-understanding and confidence.
