![]() ![]() ![]() Call to coaches: continue the development of your practice with coaching supervisionIt appears that roughly half of all coaching work with organisations is continuing, and the other half has halted or is postponed due to the pandemic. Spurred on by 2 people who would like to start a new trio for coaching supervision now, because they currently have time, I am making an offer to pull together two groups of 3 or possibly 4, one starting in May, meeting 4-weekly for high caseload coaches and the other in July with a 6-weekly interval. With adequate demand, we could group more experienced practitioners, while the other group will support those of you who relatively new coaches, and either group can focus development around gaining an accreditation this year. Working together can create an ease of momentum that is harder work alone. A group of 3 will meet for 2 hours and whereas a group of 4 will meet for 2.5 hours at the same cost per person, with a commitment to the group for 10 sessions. I make notes after our sessions to provide a supervisor’s report from these notes should you require one for your accreditation submission with your professional body, at no extra cost. You can of course supplement these sessions with additional time, should you need that, to increase your supervision ratio, by booking a 1:1 session from my website. Ideally we will have a mix of internal coaches in organisations, and external coaches working across several organisations. This will bring a richness to our conversations that will really enhance development possibilities. You each bring unique traits and experiences, and no doubt will be using different approaches and methods. I bring experience of supervising these groups over a period of time, and different creative approaches to bring fun and variation to our sessions as well as confidence building and deep insights that matter for your practice. We can create a date for you to meet each other as a possible group, before a contracting conversation to chart our course into the future, after which we'll put the first date for supervision into the diary and start in either May or July. Let’s talk this week about how this might fit you and your pattern of work, and have a chance to catch up generally too, which is always a pleasure! Please book an initial 30 minute chat if you are interested or have questions, and we can take it from there. UPDATE: Two new groups are about to embark: One is a UK group and the other an International trio: the upside is the rich diversity for learning, the downside will be scheduling with a very small window of timezone that is possible for us to meet! Join us, I am starting another list for late summer and early autumn.. when will you be ready for coaching supervision? |
