We are in a constantly changing context, with circumstances we previously took for granted changing massively, which may make coaching supervision even more valuable to professional coaches in a turbulent market.

Pulling Together

I am writing to to invite coaches who have a genuine interest in group supervision in 2021 to start a conversation with me now to see if what I am offering will create value for you.

Spurred on by 2 people who would like to start Coaching Supervision trio now, I am making an offer to pull together groups at 2020 prices. These will be groups of 3 coaches, staying together for 10 sessions over a year.  Newer coaches, yet experienced people, one group is nearly ready to embark on their developmental journey together, with a focus around gaining an accreditation this academic year. Working together can create an ease of momentum that is harder working alone.

* A new offer for 2021 is a Coaching Supervision trio for coaches pushing into the Climate and Sustainability Coaching space. Run along the same lines as my other trios, using my experience and research in the climate coaching space, I will offer coaches the opportunity to work with someone who has already prepared to supervise. There are questions that arise in coaches and curiosity, support and challenge that is required from a supervisor that can be quite different. There is coaching science and climate science to be brought into the picture, and together we can map and explore the emerging art of coaching in response to the climate emergency. *  

You each bring unique traits and experiences, and no doubt will be using different approaches and methods. I am delighted with the calibre of people attracted so far and I can’t wait to get under way with these new groups for 2021.
We'll create a date for you to meet each other as a possible group, before a contracting conversation to chart our course into the future, after which if everyone is happy, we can put the first date for supervision into the diary and start in 4 or 5 weeks' time.
