Her former experience of 25 years at board level in industry gives her a unique insight into the needs of senior managers. Clients include IKEA, England Rugby, Philip Morris, BBC, IG, GE, Hilti, NCR, NHS, schools and county councils. Carol is a Fellow of the ILM, the Association for Coaching and the Professional Speaking Association, and provides free courses and trainers to the MOE Foundation and the African Prisons Project. She has won awards for coaching and writing; authored “Performance Coaching, A Complete Guide to Best Practice Coaching and Training” featuring forewords by Sir John Whitmore and Sir Richard Branson, and "The Work and Life of David Grove: Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge"; has contributed to 6 other books and published over 50 articles.
