049 & 050: The Climate Coaching Alliance Story with Josie McLean, Eve Turner and Alison Whybrow“The earth needs a different position in our constellation to the one we have given it; how do we bring that together with our profession's practice and purpose?” Alison Whybrow, Josie McLean and Eve Turner, founders of the Climate Coaching Alliance, join George Warren in this profound conversation about their personal and professional journeys, from the conception of the global Coaching Climate Alliance in 2019 to the active community of 1200 members it has today. Our guests discuss the aims and purpose of the CCA, inviting coaches, psychologists, supervisors, facilitators, and other leading professionals to co-create a space for sharing resources and learning how to engage and support people in the often emotional climate crisis conversation, and how best to generate systemic change within the coaching industry.
