Recognized Leader as Coach Course

We have an award for coaching skills courses that Training Providers deliver to organizational leaders and managers. Our belief is that coaching skills are an essential leadership tool. We are supporting Training Providers to enable leaders and managers to develop and empower their teams through a coaching approach.

Our Recognized Leader as Coach Course (RLaC) designation indicates to your participants that a coaching skills course meets best practice.

Our RLaC is available to you if you offer courses which are eligible and include core coaching competencies, essential coaching tools and skills and integration with existing management and leadership approaches.

We have outlined the requirements for our recognition of coaching skills course for leaders and managers in our Recognized Leader as Coach Course Overview. We welcome applications from any Training Provider, providing coach training who meets our accreditation criteria and standards.

If you are an AC Provider Member we also provide you with the opportunity to ‘gift’ your participants with a one year gifted Introductory Membership to the AC as they study your coaching supervision training programmes. If your course consists of 35 hours or more in length, please ask your delegates to complete this form.

AC Member: £950.00 + VAT for your assessment and accredited status (valid for three years)
Non-member: £1250.00 + VAT for your assessment and accredited status (valid for three years)
