Recognition for your Team Coach Training Programme

AC Team Coach Training Accreditation allows Team Coach Training Providers to stand out in a busy marketplace, while providing an external quality assurance to buyers of team coaching training services.

Team coaching is “the application of coaching skills while working with a whole, intact team over time to improve inter-dependent members’ abilities to work together collaboratively to achieve the team’s collective purpose, potential and performance.”

As part of our on-going work to raise standards within the coaching industry, the Association for Coaching (AC) has designed a new accreditation scheme for team coaching training providers.

After an extensive design and consultation process, this scheme will inform practitioners and organizational buyers about this new and fast-growing field, whilst addressing the need to develop a recognized international standard for coaching teams at work.

If so, you may be interested in applying for accreditation of your programme with the Association for Coaching (AC).
