Dr. Declan Woods

Dr. Declan Woods is the AC’s Global Head of Team Coaching Standards and Accreditation and leads the AC’s work on team coaching. Alongside this, Declan is the CEO of teamGenie®, a company specializing in designing, coaching and developing teams, and a top team coaching psychologist. Declan is also a Professor of Leadership Practice at King's College London and his book ‘The Triumphant Team’ has been nominated for the British Book Awards 2023.

Georgina is one of the first coaches globally to be recognized by the ICF with the Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching. She is also the author of ‘Mastering the Art of Team Coaching’.
