Completing the application form

Information will only be saved when it is completely finished and Submitted – if you exit beforehand unfortunately you will need to fill in the form again.

Please do check when you get to the end that you have completed all the mandatory fields, tick the box labelled I Accept the Terms of Use and click the button labelled Submit – once this is done you will immediately have the application confirmed and payment will be requested.

Please note that once submitted you will be able to log back into the application and add details to, or change, all the fields, so it may be an idea to keep your answers brief in the first instance to make sure it works correctly this time and you can then add further details later on, just to save you some time.
