Dr Declan Woods is the Global Head of Team Coaching Standards and Accreditation with the Association for Coaching and CEO of TeamGenie®, a company specializing in team design, coaching and development.

Declan is a Chartered and HCPC-Registered Psychologist, accredited Master Coach, and trained team coach. I earned a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Cambridge, an Executive MBA from Warwick University, and an Executive MA in change consulting from INSEAD. I researched dysfunction in leadership teams for my doctorate at Leicester University. I hold fellowships of the CIPD (Chartered FCIPD), Association for Coaching (FAC) and British Psychological Society (AFBPsS).
