Tracey Fox is a mediator, non-executive director (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution – CEDR), executive coach (Henley Business School), lecturer and facilitator with 20 years experience helping people develop, manage differences and collaborate. With a BSc in psychology (Hons) and an MSc in organizational psychology, she works with UN agencies, investment banks, global social media giants, NHS trusts and regulatory bodies to bring a calm, compassionate, solution-focused approach. She is also passionate about developing confidence in aspiring leaders and is a pro bono mentor and leadership coach.
