An Embodied Approach

Coaches generally agree that listening is a multilayered process that goes beyond the words.

Paying attention to your body provides access to nonverbal and unverbalized realms of communication in your work with clients. With supervision, we can learn to pay attention to our own body’s language and, in doing so, expand our instrument’s range to include new information.

In this webinar, you will hear about Liz’s approach to coaching supervision and the importance of body awareness in our work.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Liz’s journey from IBM to Structural Integration Bodywork expert to Coaching Supervisor
  • How feeling up-tight was a transformational experience
  • How listening to your own body language can help you to better understand yourself and your client

Who is this for?

New Coaches, Seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Personal or Career Coaches, Health Coaches, Coaching Supervisors, Internal Coaches, HR /OD Professionals or Leader Coaches.
