Speaker Bio
Charlie Stainforth started his career in education at a London Pupil Referral Unit working with some of the most disengaged pupils. A founding member of the skill development company, Elevate Education UK, he also worked at
career coaching organisation, Future Frontiers, where he started exploring the mutual benefits in connecting businesses and schools. In partnership with Adrian Blair, Charlie designed Circl to equip professionals and pupils with the skills
and lived experience they need to be effective leaders.
