Sue Blight is an experienced business coach specialising in developing leadership resilience. Whilst studying for her Masters, she became interested in developing methodologies to enable managers to be on the front foot in
an agile business world. Her focus on reflection feeds into her training programmes which she delivers to organisations across a wide range of sectors.
