Changing habits with NLP

Habit change is one of the conerstones of personal transformation and embedding new intentions and behaviors. The idea that successful behavior can be modeled and that if we can discover HOW someone does something then we can learn it ourselves or teach it to others sits at the heart of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

The 'Swish pattern' was created when the early NLP developers modeled people who had successfully changed 'bad' habits. This Live Coaching Demo will showcase the Swish pattern in a real-time coaching session.

Speaker Bio

Ben Dowman is a Coach, Facilitator and Author. With 20 years of experience, he has worked with many clients, including leaders and teams from Bosch, O2, NHS, Network Rail, The Law Society, Lloyds Bank, Airbus Group, Vodafone, Rothschild and The UK Royal Air Force.

Ben has also been a lecturer at the University of Cumbria for the Masters in Coaching degree and taught in the ILM Coaching and Mentoring programme. His first book, "Adventures in Coaching" was published in October 2020.
